CONNECT CANADA TO EAST-AFRICA

Cultural events - Tourism board exhibition - business connections

Our vision

To be the hub that enables communities to connect, learn and grow together.

Our mission

The EALO is a nova Scotian platform of choice that provides opportunities for people to connect, celebrate and engage critically with a wide range of topics and ideas about Africa. Through our events, publications, and digital channels we share insight, instigate debate, and facilitate mutual understanding between East Africa and Nova Scotia, and Canada at large. We amplify east African voices and interests in academia, business, tourism, culture, the arts, and education while building a cross-sector network of people and institutions that convenes,
collaborates, and champions solutions.
